Allerdings ist es nicht zum Lachen. Ich stelle diese Fragen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Darf er das?<\/li>\n<li>Kann er das?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Darf er das?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich darf er das nicht. Genausowenig, wie er Soldaten zu M\u00f6rdern ausbilden darf, B\u00fcrger bestehlen und enteignen, die Presse bel\u00fcgen, Menschen bespitzeln, mit Abgasen vergiften, mit L\u00e4rm foltern, mit Fernsehsendungen verdummen und vieles andere mehr. Das alles darf er nicht. Punkt.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kann er das?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Irgendeinen Trojaner programmieren kann er sicherlich. Es gibt die Werkzeuge zu kaufen, auch gute, kostet nur beliebig viel Geld z.B. im Darknet. (Die Bayerische Regierung hatte einfach ein Softwarehaus beauftragt). Die Schwachstellen sind einige Tage offen, dann stellen die Microsofts, Googles und Apples dieser Welt updates zur Verf\u00fcgung und das wars. Bl\u00f6d sind die Anwender, IT-Chefs, Erbsenz\u00e4hler, die aus Faulheit oder Sparsamkeit oder Naivit\u00e4t keine Updates einspielen oder uralte Systeme nutzen. Ich frage allerdings, wie bl\u00f6d die auszuhorchenden Gangster sind oder f\u00fcr wie bl\u00f6d die Regierung die Gangster h\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn alle Voraussetzungen erf\u00fcllt sind (der Trojaner ist programmiert, er ist auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik, wird von den Virenscannern nicht erkannt und die Gangster sind bl\u00f6d) wie kommt er dann auf den PC der B\u00f6sen? Man kann den Gangstern eine Email schicken und hoffen, dass sie auf den verseuchten Anhang klicken. AHA, man h\u00e4lt die f\u00fcr bl\u00f6der als die Polizei erlaubt. Man kann eine verseuchte CD oder DVD mit toller Musik oder einem Film schicken (noch bl\u00f6der), man bricht bei den Verbrechern ein und installiert den Trojaner auf deren PC (Dann braucht man keinen Trojaner mehr, sondern kann gleich die Spionage SW installieren). Oder man hackt deren PC \u00fcber das Internet. Dazu braucht man dann schon Spezialisten, insbesondere wenn auf der anderen Seite Spezialisten sitzen, die zudem noch sensibilisiert sind und ihre EDV dicht machen. So wird es schwer, wenn nicht unm\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p>Die beste Methode ist sicherlich, den Trojaner mittels eines Wurms loszulassen oder auf g\u00e4ngigen Websites zu installieren und dann zu warten, bis die Gangster infiziert sind. Das Hinterlistige an dieser Methode ist aber, dass so eine Vielzahl von B\u00fcrgern infiziert und \u00fcberwacht werden k\u00f6nnen. Da freuen sich die unter permanentem Verfolgungswahn leidenden Datensammler. Endlich gelingt es, m\u00f6glichst viele Menschen auszuspionieren, egal, ob sie etwas verbrochen haben oder nicht. <strong>Die schweren Kaliber kriegt Vater Staat mit dem Staatstrojaner aber nicht.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vater Staat als Hacker.
