Was passiert: Das Handy in der Hosentasche oder im Koffer blockiert eine Ziffer und wählt so sinnvolle Nummern wie 11111 oder 22222 oder 77777. Man bekommt dann eine Rechnung von x Minuten mal 1,99 EUR von O2. Das sind bei einer Stunde Handy im Gepäck schnell mal 120 EURO.<span id="more-606"></span></p>

<p>O2 kooperiert mit der Firma MoCoPay, die sich darauf spezialisiert hat, solche Telefonpannen zu Geld  zu machen. <strong>Wie armselig ist das denn?</strong></p>
<p>Dass es offensichtlich zum <strong>Geschäftsprinzip von O2</strong> gehört, diese Unachtsamkeit zu Geld zu machen, erkennt man daran, dass einen die <strong>Hotline gnadenlos auflaufen lässt</strong>. Nicht nur einmal, sondern egal welcher Mitarbeiter/in, immer gleich: &#8222;da können wir nichts tun&#8220;. Natürlich kann man was tun, einfach den Betrag stornieren. Das wäre kundenfreundlich. Wie <strong>schlecht muss einem Laden gehen</strong> wenn er das braucht. Oder wie gut muss einer Firma gehen, wenn sie sich diese <strong>Arroganz</strong> leisten kann. Die Mitarbeiter sind offensichtlich geschult. Daran erkennt man, dass es sich um ein <strong>strategisches Mittel zur Gewinnmaximierung</strong> handelt.</p>
<p>Ein freundliches Anschreiben an den Kundenservice mit der Bitte, den Betrag zu stornieren, wird rotzfrech beantwortet:</p>
