NIcht beeindrucken lassen von irgendwelchen Schreiben, weder Poovider noch Drittanbieter.
Einfach immer wieder Rückinkasso veranlassen mit vorheriiger Anmeldung. Die Rechnung gibt´s ja immer früher als die Abbuchung, ergo bleibt Zeit, schon im Vorhinein die Abbuchung der unrechtmäßigen Kosten zu untersagen.
Außerdem kann man ja auch das SEPA Mandat kündigen resp. auf nur unstrittige Abbuchungen beschränken. Eine Kündigung / Sperrung des Anschlusses geht nicht wegen der EUR 75,00 Schwelle.
So funktionierte es bei mir gut - die Forderung wurde nach der dritten Rückinkassobuchung nicht mehr erhoben

Was ich aber weiß, wie man seine Kohle wiederbekommt: Immer freundlich aber immer öfter an die Geschäftsleitung schreiben und nicht an MoCoPay abwimmeln lassen sondern darauf bestehen, dass 02 den Schaden irgendwie ausgleicht.

					<description><![CDATA[Hallo Achim, ich habe jetzt auch Bekanntschaft mit mocopay gemacht. Lief alles so wie geschildert. Wie funktioniert dass, dass immer kurz vor 60 Min. die Gespräche gestoppt werden? Wer baut das zusammen, dass aus einem Seriendrücken von 9 od. 12 od. 15 7er die 77777 selbstständig eine Verbindung aufbaut?
